What is Open Enrollment?

Open Enrollment kicks off November 1 in Workday! Benefit eligible employees have 15 days to review, make plan elections, add/drop dependents, or renew annual elections (FSA/HSA).

To access Workday, use a device with an internet connection (computer, tablet, etc.). Mobile is not recommended to complete Open Enrollment. 

To get started, visit Microsoft 365 and sign in using your County email. For assistance, follow this job aid or watch this video

Medical Plan Changes for 2025

We're streamlining our medical plan options. Changes apply to non-represented employees and Union employees with settled Collective Bargaining Agreements.

What's Changing:

  • Kaiser Value Plan → Discontinued
  • Aetna Value Plan → Discontinued

Your New Options:

  • Kaiser or Aetna PRIME Plan (formerly Classic)
  • Kaiser or Aetna High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
