KITSAP HOMELESS CRISIS RESPONSE AND HOUSING PLAN
Kitsap County's Homeless Crisis Response and Housing Plan provides background data on homelessness, reports on progress to date, and outlines the goals, strategies and action steps to be implemented over the next five years to make homelessness rare, brief, and one-time. The Kitsap County Homeless Housing Plan was last updated for 2018 and was approved by the Kitsap County Board of Commissioners.

HOUSING SOLUTIONS CENTER
(Kitsap's Coordinated Entry Program)
The Housing Solutions Center (HSC) is Kitsap County's one-stop intake and referral center for all households experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The HSC has offices in Bremerton, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, and Bainbridge Island. Coffee Oasis partners with the HSC to provide coordinated intake for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness.
