Kitsap County District Court Records - In most cases, Kitsap County District Court records can be accessed immediately, at no-cost, by searching for a defendant's name or case number on the District Court's webpage. https://www.kitsapgov.com/dc/Pages/ecourt_Search.aspx

Kitsap County Superior Court Records – Kitsap County Superior Court records can be downloaded immediately for a small fee from the WA State Archives – Digital Archives website by searching under Superior Court Collections for a case number or defendant name. https://www.digitalarchives.wa.gov/. For newer records, it is best to search by case number. To find a case number for a defendant, you can search by defendant name on the WA Courts' website. https://dw.courts.wa.gov/index.cfm?fa=home.home.

REQUESTS FOR POLICE REPORTS
Requests for police reports should be directed to the law enforcement agency which created the report. Contact information for local law enforcement agencies and the Washington State Patrol can be found below:

REQUESTS FOR KITSAP COUNTY PROSECUTOR RECORDS
Requests for public records held by the Prosecutor’s Office must be submitted to the Prosecutor's Office Public Records Officer. Requests may be submitted: in person, by fax, by postal mail, or by email.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday (8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:30 PM-4:30 PM). We are closed on weekends and Kitsap County holidays. All public records requests received after business hours are deemed received the next business day.
