Taxpayer Combination Request Form

 

Per a completed combination request form, Cadastral staff will delete multiple tax parcel numbers and create a new single tax parcel number for the combined properties. This is not a permanent action, it can be undone by a segregation request.

 

Requirements for property to be combined (merge) are:

*All lots must be contiguous.

*All lots have to pay taxes to the same taxing districts (i.e.: have the same tax/levy code).

*If there is a lender on any of the properties, an authorized representative must sign the combination request.
