Fraud Alert! Impersonation of Kitsap County Purchasing Staff
Kitsap County has been made aware of fraudulent email activity involving individuals impersonating the County's purchasing department. These bad actors are sending messages from a false email address ending in kitsap-gov.org. This address is not associated with Kitsap County and should be considered suspicious.
If you receive emails from this address or any other suspicious-looking address, please do not respond, click any links, or provide personal information.
Kitsap County is actively monitoring the situation and encourages all vendors and community partners to remain vigilant.
