Office Closures
The Kitsap Aging & Long-Term Care main office location is within the Givens Community Center,
1026 Sidney Ave in Port Orchard, WA. The Givens Center is closed to the public; however Aging & Long-Term Care phone and email services are available during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm by calling (360) 337-5700 or (800) 562-6418. There are also office locations at the North Kitsap Fishline building (19705 Viking Ave NW in Poulsbo) and Silverdale WorkSource building (3120 NW Randall Way in Silverdale). If in-person services are preferred, please call (360) 337-5700 to schedule a walk-in appointment (both office locations).

Aging and Long-Term Care
Welcome to the Kitsap County Division of Aging and Long-Term Care. We serve the needs of older adults, adults with disabilities, and their families and caregivers residing in Kitsap County.

Our Mission is to work independently and through community partnerships to promote the well-being and independence of older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers. ​

The Kitsap County Division of Aging and Long-Term Care is the designated Area Agency on Aging for Kitsap, responsible for development of an Area Plan that identifies local services for older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers. The Aging Area Plan, currently being developed, is a four-year plan that identifies gaps in services and describes demographic trends, challenges, and opportunities. The plan also addresses how the Area Agency on Aging will administer programs and allocate discretionary funding to support aging in place, as well as informal caregivers.

Kitsap County residents are invited to share ideas in a survey that will be used in the development of the 2027-2030 Area Plan.

The survey deadline is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
