All Permits in Review  This report shows all permits currently in review and their position in the queue. Queue position is based on the date a complete application was accepted.


Performance Reporting
State law requires local governments to publish periodic reports on permit activity and review timelines. The reports below provide the official data submitted to the state, and some contain additional context about department performance.

Annual Activity and Trends
This chart shows the number of permits our department received (submitted) and the number we completed and authorized (issued) each year. “Submitted” reflects how many projects were proposed for review. “Issued” reflects how many projects were approved and ready to start construction.​​
