​Guidebook

A Guidebook has been developed to assist recipients of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds. These funds are administered by the  Block Grant Division of Kitsap County Human Services. The purpose of the Guidebook is to provide a reference manual to ensure grant recipients are aware of specific regulations and manage projects in a manner consistent with federal and local requirements.
