Choose the easiest way to pay your sewer or disposal bill. We have several options available to fit your needs. Find the one that best works with your busy schedule. 

Sewer customers may sign up to receive a paperless bill through Paydici. View past payments, and make an online payment. Point and Pay convenience fees apply when paying by phone or online.

View your balance and pay by card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or electronic check.

Convenience fees apply when using the Point and Pay website service. The fee is paid directly to Point and Pay, official Kitsap County payment vendor. 

• Credit card fee – $3.00 up to $150.00 and $3.00 up to the next $150.00
  
• Electronic check fee –  $1.00 for any amount
  

 Enroll in Auto Pay - Sewer Only

Enroll in automatic payment from your checking account. There is no fee for this service.

You will still receive a bill from us each month, showing the amount owed and when the money will be withdrawn from your account. 

Using the link above requires Adobe Reader. After sending in the completed form, you will receive a letter indicating the automatic payment plan has been established for sewer service and the date the first payment will be automatically deducted.

Point and Pay convenience fees are charged for using the website or for using payments by phone. The fee is paid directly to Point and Pay, official Kitsap County vendor.

By mail 

Mail checks payable to "KCPW" to the address below. Include the account or transaction number, and a contact phone number.

In person 

Make payments in person at the Kitsap County Public Works building at 507 Austin Ave Port Orchard, WA 98366.

Place check payments in a sealed envelope. Place envelope in the drop box in front of the Public Works building. Do not put cash payments in the drop box.

Cash payments are accepted at the Public Works building at 507 Austin Avenue, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.. The building is locked. When you arrive at the building, call Utility Billing at 360.337.7127. A staff person will meet you at the door.
