Subject: For Deliberations/Decision Only: Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance to adopt the Comprehensive Plan, Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map, Capital Facilities Plan, and associated amendments to Development Regulations to Title 16 (Environment), Title 17 (Zoning) and Title 18 (Environment).
