Due to the high volume of emails received, messages sent to all three Commissioners will typically be routed to the Commissioner who represents the district or subject matter. That Commissioner will take the lead in responding. In some cases, the Commissioner may coordinate with County departments or subject matter experts to provide the most accurate and complete response. This may require additional time.
This approach helps ensure clear, consistent communication and avoids duplicate or conflicting responses.
