Adoption of Council/Manager Form of Government on Bainbridge Island (Resolution No.2009-06)

Shall the City of Bainbridge Island abandon the Mayor/Council form of government as provided in Chapter 35A.12 of the Revised Code of Washington and adopt the Council/Manager form of government as provided in Chapter 35A.13 of the Revised Code of Washington?

Bainbridge Island School District No. 303 Proposition No. 1
General Obligation Bonds - $42,000,000

The Board of Directors of Bainbridge Island School District No. 303 approved Resolution 03-08-09 concerning a proposition to finance school renovations and improvements. If approved, this proposition will authorize the District to renovate and upgrade school buildings including roofs, heating systems, classroom equipment, safety and security systems; improve energy conservation; replace Wilkes Elementary School and complete other capital improvements to District facilities; to issue $42,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years; and to levy additional property taxes annually to repay the bonds, as described in Resolution 03-08-09. North Mason School District No. 403 Proposition No. 1
Capital Projects Levies

The Board of Directors of North Mason School District No. 403 adopted Resolution #3-G-09 concerning a proposition for capital levies.  This proposition authorizes the repair and renovation of existing facilities and technology improvements; and authorizes the following excess levies for such purposes on al taxable property within the District:

Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue Proposition No. 1
Emergency Medical Services Property Levy

Shall Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue be authorized to continue its emergency medical services property tax levy at fifty (50) cents or less per thousand dollars of assessed valuation for each year for six (6) consecutive years, commencing in 2010? (Pursuant to RCW 84.52.069 and Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue Resolution 09-02).
