The Kitsap County Office of Public Defense is staffed with dedicated attorneys committed to providing client-focused representation for individuals charged with crimes who are unable to afford an attorney.  Cases not handled by Kitsap County Office of Public Defense staff attorneys are assigned to highly qualified attorneys from local law firms experienced in handling felonies, misdemeanors, juvenile matters, dependencies and civil comtempt proceedings.
