​The Commissioners' policy staff provides project management on large and complex projects that cross multiple county departments and offices. They also develop partnerships to carry out county goals, taking advantage of the talent and perspectives of various private, public and community partners. Additionally, the group provides legislative assistance and policy analysis on a variety of topics.
