Random Batch Audit Each election we test our ballot tabulation system three times to make sure our system is counting ballots accurately. In this audit we randomly select a few batches of ballots, then conduct a hand count. On Election Day, November 5, we randomly drew the batch numbers. At 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6 we are conducting the hand count. This is the second of three required audits of our system. For more information about how we audit our tabulation system, go to the Election Audits and Certification page.
